All in all though, I like it and would buy it again! The convenience of having a smaller phone has been great. Sometimes if the screen is a little dirty, it’s more noticeable but you can’t tell at all if the screen isn’t off. There is also 2 bends on the screen which is a bit off putting. My advice would be to spend a little bit more to get the protection that you need. I bought one from Amazon, and it pops off the phone while it’s in my pocket. When that happens, they're not in order so it's a little harder to understand the context of my messages sometimes. Sometimes they're not downloaded right away, so I have to click on them to download. I am seeing some issues with group text messages though, which is unusual. It's barely audible to me, so it doesn't bother me.
As far as the phone goes, it has that little creeky noise that people talk about. It's definitely still an upgrade to me, but not flagship status. My previous phone was the S8, so this phone is at least 2x better in specs from what I've seen so far. (Hard thing to do with women's jeans.) And the battery lasts me all day long. I do like it though! It's so conveniently small that it can fit in my pockets. I agree with the other reviewers, I probably wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't 400.00 off. I've been pretty concerned about the quality of this device.
